More than 1,000 volunteers showed up across 28 locations throughout Martin County for this year’s International Coastal Cleanup!

From removing plastics and other debris to helping protect birds and marine life, every piece collected makes a difference for our beaches, parks and waterways.

Today, volunteers across Martin County are rolling up their sleeves as part of the 2026 International Coastal Cleanup, joining people around the world in a global effort to remove litter and protect our oceans, waterways and wildlife.

A huge thank you to every volunteer, group leader, sponsor and community partner spending their morning helping care for the places that make Martin County so special. Every piece of litter removed adds up, and we’re incredibly grateful to have so many people out there making a difference today!
