Good points from Revitalize, or Die.regarding vacant properties.

Vacant property doesnโ€™t just look bad.

It increases crime. Depresses property values. Diminishes the tax base. Repels investors, tenants, and tourists. Breeds apathy.

And hereโ€™s the part nobody wants to say out loud: there is absolutely no reason any community should ever suffer from it.

You have the legal authority to do something about it. Most towns just choose not to.

๐Ÿ Big news, Martin County! The Florida Freedom Tour is rolling into town today, June 25! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This tour is part of the statewide celebration marking Americaโ€™s upcoming 250th anniversary. The Florida Freedom Tour is essentially a mobile history museum on wheelsโ€”featuring repurposed 18-wheelers transformed into immersive, traveling exhibits packed with incredible artifacts and stories straight from the Museum of Florida History. Itโ€™s a hands-on way to explore the unique history, innovation, and culture that shape our state! ๐Ÿ’™
