DMV based wrestling club for all ages chartered under USA Wrestling. We give the opportunity to compete on a national scale for recognition.
We train 6 days a week with attention on Freestyle, Folkstyle, Greco, and No-Gi Submission wrestling.

This year I was blessed to coach Varsity Wrestling at Robinson High School in Virginia. This weekend was the state tournament for 6A and we took 8 kids. Out of the 8 we had 1 place 6th and 3 state champs and we brought home the state title as a team. I’m proud of these kids and the season they put together, undefeated in duals, 2nd in the district tournament, and Regional/State champs. Looking forward to what the future brings.

This weekend we went out to Atlantic City for the and we had 2 bronze medalists! Heavyweight Anthony Rossi took 3rd in and Nicole Chandler taking 3rd in Over all was a good weekend and even the ones that didn’t medal wrestled hard and left it on the mat. Proud of your hard work, time to get back to the grind

I wanna give a shout out to my heavyweight Anthony Rossi who took first in last Sunday. Went 12-0 in the tournament and went against some good dudes active on rosters right now. Way to go out there and handle business! It’s been a pleasure coaching you looking forward to what’s next 💪🏾👏🏾

Working on front headlock defense sucker drags and sit through (or peek through). Staying underneath wasting energy is counterproductive. Attack the elbow or cut the angle to reverse.
Cranking your underhook from a whizzer or just straight up from the underhook to leg entry. Aggressive moves to score points can turn a 2 point takedown to a 5 point chain!!!
Working shot defense using over hooks and under hooks while most importantly dropping those hips to mat!!!
Working some High C lifts and some duck unders to turks. We believe in the idea of each shot should lead to a turn or tilt. High scoring and pinning is what we teach, always hunting for the bonus points. We grind 6 days a week and have experience ranging from high school state qualifiers and champs to college D1wrestlers and national qualifiers, and pro fighters. Start your offseason with us and get a chance to compete nationally and getting your name out there. Mon,Wed,Fri 7pm-8pm, Tues, Thurs 6pm-7pm, and Sat at 12pm-2pm
