Today marks a bittersweet moment at Unity Social LLC.

I’ve had the incredible opportunity to mentor Rick over the past couple of months, and watching his growth has been nothing short of inspiring. From day one, he brought curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn and over time, he turned that potential into real growth.

Mentorship is never just about teaching. It’s about learning from each other, building trust, and celebrating progress along the way. Rick challenged himself, stepped outside of his comfort zone, and embraced every opportunity to grow. That’s something you can’t teach….

While it’s hard to see him move on, it’s also a proud moment. New chapters, bigger goals, and fresh opportunities. I have no doubt he’s going to continue doing great things.
