The comp will start at 4 PM on Friday, February 6th, 2026 and finish in the afternoon of Saturday, February 7th!! Scaled/Masters(35+) Scaled Divisions: Lighter weights and scaled gymnastics/bodyweight movements (Ring Rows and/or jumping pull-ups instead of Pull-ups. Hand-Release Push-ups and/or Seated DB Press instead of Handstand Push-ups. Single Unders and/or Plate Hops instead of Double Unders.

Hey Everyone!!! Our Annual MidWest Meltdown Competition will be Friday and Saturday, February 7th and 8th 2025!!! This year is different!!!

Teams will be 4 Person Teams made up of 2-Males and 2- Females! We have also added a teen division for athletes ranging from 13-17yrs of age!!!!

Registration goes live this Friday, November 8th at 4:00 a.m.

We look forward to seeing you all!!!
