According to many well traveled customers UMI is the home of some of the countries best sushi. Our in house recipes are known and loved by those who have eaten sushi for years or those who weren't sure about the idea. If you are not sure about the idea of Sushi then you will surely like our hibachi grilled teppanyaki!!

- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (12/24 & 12/25) - CLOSED
- 12/29 - 1/1 (Sun-Wed) - OPEN - 11:30 - 9:00pm
Highly recommend reservations for new years eve weekend.
