I am beyond proud to announce, I have been asked by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to speak at the University of Chicago for a Veterans Benefits and Resource Fair: Empowering Illinois Veterans. I am speechless! This is such an amazing federal platform to continue my journey in Veteran Advocacy! Representing the Veterans Assistance Commission of Sangamon County.

Illinois Veterans Benefits and Resource Fair: Empowering Illinois Veterans - Transition Events VA will host an in-person benefits and hiring fair titled “Augusta Veterans Expo" in Augusta, Georgia. This event is for Veterans, service members, and their families.
Most of us don’t punch the clock from 9 to 5. When you truly love what you do, your work becomes woven into your life—day and night.
I’m proud to stand alongside a fellow brother in arms. Solomon has just secured permanent housing, but he needs our help to bridge the gap for October’s rent so he can settle in and begin rebuilding.
I’m coordinating with Solomon and his bank to establish a dedicated account for direct contributions. If you’re able to support him financially, please send me a message so I can share the details.
