We can't wait to celebrate our 5th graders tomorrow! Thank you Card My Yard Springfield for making it extra special! ❤️

It was Queen and King Day at Addams and thanks to Burger King everyone who wanted one got a crown!

We practiced our bows and curtsy and clapped as kids entered the school! It was met with smiles and giggles and was such a great way to start the day!

Camp Kindergarten is such an important and fun way to prep our students for Kindergarten!

Camp Kindergarten is the perfect way to help them get ready for the big leap into kindergarten! This free, four-week readiness program is designed especially for children entering kindergarten who haven’t attended preschool or a similar program.

At Camp Kindergarten, students will:
Build essential skills for a successful start to school
Gain hands-on learning experiences
Receive support and resources for both students and families

Get a confident, positive start to their kindergarten journey

Hope Presbyterian Church has loved us so well for many years! They care for our families by providing extra food baskets around the holidays and they serve in our library!

Today, they brought in lunch for Teacher Appreciation Week! We couldn’t be more grateful for their consistent partnership!

This morning was VERY *sweet* as Lake Springfield Christian Assembly brought their delicious cinnamon rolls in for teacher appreciation week! We are so grateful for your partnership and your encouragement to our teachers!

Today, we are celebrating Kindness for the letter “K” and our school has felt so much kindness this week from Revived Rides!

Not only did they bring specialty cupcakes to appreciate our staff on Monday but on Tuesday they hosted a soda bar and painted this beautiful sign!

We are so grateful for our community partners!

Today, was “B Day” at Jane Addams and we celebrated with Bubbles! The bubbles brought so much joy at drop off and on the playground!

This has been one of the sweetest community partnerships this year!

Springfield Christian Preschool donated boots to our snow boot drive in the winter and then last month when our students had to complete some state testing, they made each student a gift bag and each class an encouraging sign!

We ars so grateful for their kindness towards our students!

A super awesome teacher at Jefferson Middle School, our Jaguar 🐆 cousins, has created a design for a Black History Month tehirt design that incorporates the family mascot!

You may order a t-shirt through the form below. If you would like multiple tshirts, please respond to the form for each shirt. Each tshirt is $12 and you have the option to choose gray, orange, or black. Payments can be made in cash or by writing a check to Jane Addams.

If you place an order, please send the money in an envelope or baggy with the students name and total amount. If change is needed, we will get it back to you asap.

Orders may be placed through this Friday, February 13th. Shirts will be completed and delivered to students the following week.

A flyer will be sent home tomorrow.
