Mr. Clean Site Services is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Springfield, Ohio!

💵 Starting Pay: $18/hour
🕒 Hourly Position (Full-Time)

Responsibilities may include:
• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service calls
• Data entry and office coordination
• Managing customer records and paperwork
• Supporting dispatch and field operations
• Assisting with invoicing and payments

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable using computers
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Reliable and professional

Experience in office administration, customer service, dispatching, or operations is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person.
