There's 3 people who introduced me into trades where I am today and without them wouldn't be here. 1 My great Grandmother Gram we used to watch Bob Villa and this old house constantly. Told her I'd make her 🏠 nice one day. That day never come because she passed away too soon. Then in high-school while living in Bellefontaine. I got into wood shop class meeting a man name Mr . Moyer. He guided me to learn carpentry quickly. Because knew I wasn't fan of book work and I got in trouble. That class helped me on so many levels. Then same school a work release teacher Mrs.Mcdonald she had me helping at Mary Rutan Hospital doing landscaping. Then her house and her husband's law firm doing same thing. Fast forward 2008 I got into trades 4 years after graduation doing everything 🏡 related......

As many business owner operators do we service our own equipment or trucks. Even then if not know shop rates are low end $100 per labor hour. Then add in parts etc. As you should still account for doing your own work most the time at same rate. Then add in $4 per gallon fuel in trucks it adds up. I can guarantee you the cheapest service provider in trades you won't get best quality for sure. So yes professional service providers in all trades in fields charge you professional rates factoring operations cost.Even me almost 20 years in professionally I'm human and can make mistakes. If doing a service that takes big risk know we charge accordingly to those risk. So please don't compare professional rates to someone with 0 pride. I say this will nothing but love to you all.

Best parts of being a business owner is the love from people who were once strangers. They showed me that family doesn't have to mean sharing same dna. Yall make it worth it still push through.

If you work a 9-5 job and your boss has you do extra work you expect to be paid staying over right? So with businesses if they do extra they're also expecting to be compensated.
