When you know your worth is rooted in who God says you are, not in who’s doing more, growing faster, or getting noticed, you stop viewing other women as competition and start seeing them as teammates.

Imagine what could happen if every woman in this community chose collaboration over comparison. Encouragement over envy. Cheering each other on instead of quietly keeping score.

You were never meant to do this alone, and you were never meant to compete for a seat that was already made for you, sister!

The women you surround yourself with shape more than your calendar, they shape your calling. Proverbs 27:17 says iron sharpens iron, and there’s nothing like a circle of Jesus-centered women pouring truth, encouragement, and prayer into your life to sharpen who you’re becoming!

Your circle should be the women who remind you of your identity in Christ when you forget it yourself. The ones who celebrate your wins without jealousy, sit with you in the hard seasons without judgment, and speak life over your dreams instead of doubt!

So today, take inventory. Who’s speaking truth into you? Who are YOU speaking truth into?

To the woman leading and still showing up exhausted: God sees the weight you’re carrying, and He hasn’t forgotten you.

Maybe you’re leading a ministry team and still trying to figure out how to lead your own family well. Maybe you’re pouring into other women while nobody’s checking in on how you’re doing. Maybe you said yes to one more thing this month because you didn’t want to let anyone down, and now you’re running on empty.

Leadership doesn’t mean you never get tired. It means you keep trusting Him even when you are!! And rest isn’t the opposite of leading well, it’s part of it. You cannot pour from a place that’s dry.

So here’s the truth today: resting isn’t quitting, it’s refueling for what’s next. Saying no to one thing might be exactly what makes room for you to say yes to what God’s actually calling you to. Letting someone else carry something for a season isn’t stepping back, it’s making space to lead even stronger when it’s time.

God isn’t asking you to run on empty to prove your faithfulness. He’s asking you to trust Him enough to refill, so you can keep going with everything He’s called you to!

Take a breath today, sister. Then keep pushing forward. He’s got you, and He’s got what you’re carrying too.

Monday reminder ♥️ You don’t need a title to lead. You need obedience.

Whether you’re leading a boardroom, a classroom, a small group, or your own home, God has placed you there on purpose! Leadership isn’t about position. It’s about influence, and every woman in this community has it!

Sisters, let’s lead well in the place we already are!

Today we honor the lives lost, we honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and we honor a nation that, even now, can still be moved to pray.

As women of faith, we get to carry that same spirit forward, showing up for each other, staying rooted in Jesus, and believing He’s still writing something good even out of our hardest history.

Today, we remember with hope.

Trees don’t hold onto every leaf through every season. They let go, so new growth can come. As women called to lead, we could learn a lot from that!

Not everyone shifts, grows, or steps up on the same timeline, and that’s not a flaw, that’s the design! The trees that turn first don’t outshine the ones still holding green. Every single one is essential to the whole picture.

She doesn’t look like much at first glance. Cracked. Mended. Weathered by hands that came before ours.

But look closer… every crack tells a story of being filled, poured out, and filled again! She wasn’t made to sit on a shelf. She was made to be held, to be used, to carry something life-giving to someone who’s thirsty.

Ladies, your cracks aren’t disqualifying you. They’re proof you’ve been used by God, again and again, for His purposes!!
The vessel that’s never been filled has nothing to pour.

You don’t need to be flawless to be chosen. You just need to be willing to be held in His hands and poured out for someone else today. 🕊️

Someone in your circle needs to see a woman who isn’t afraid of her own cracks, she needs to see that they’re not the end of her usefulness, they’re evidence of it!!
