For the past several months, we’ve been toiling, experimenting, revising, and occasionally starting over in pursuit of a cold weather menu worthy of your attention.

We believe we’ve found it.

It arrives in early October. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

Labor Day Weekend has arrived.

We will continue our usual toiling on Friday and Saturday, before taking a brief and, frankly, well-earned period of rest.

Friday & Saturday: 4:00–12:00
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Sometimes, you just want a classic.

Unfortunately, that has never been quite good enough for us.

With every menu, we select a few familiar drinks and give them a small, deliberate turn in another direction.

Something you’ve probably had before. Just not quite like this.

We take drink creation seriously. Which is why we start several months before anyone is wearing a sweater.

Since the beginning of summer, the crew has been testing, tasting, tweaking, and occasionally questioning their judgment in pursuit of the next cold-weather menu.

We’re nearing the end of the process. The drinks are almost ready. The weather, unfortunately, has not received the memo.

The Shirt Situation:

We have accumulated a few too many shirts.

So, until further notice, they’re $15 each. This will continue until the shirts are gone, or we regain control of the situation.

We’ve printed about twelve menus in our time here. Some drinks, however, have refused to retire.

So we’ve given them a proper place: House Favorites — a collection of drinks that have stood the test of time.
