🚨 WVBR is looking for a few great people to join our team! ⚾️

We are currently looking to fill the following volunteer board positions for:
• President
• Event Coordinator
• Social Media Correspondent

These roles are a great opportunity to help shape and support youth baseball in our community while making a positive impact for our players and families.

Whether you have years of experience or simply a passion for helping kids and growing the game, we would love to connect with you. You do not need to currently be on the board or your area board to express interest.

🕔 4:45–5:00 PM
Players, parents, and coaches check in at the gate closest to the parking lot. Emeralds staff will be scanning tickets for entry.

Player Q&A
Players will be seated on the first base side.

⚾ 5:25–5:35 PM
Players and coaches report to the staging area and line up for the Parade of Teams.
Parents and guests should move to their assigned seats.

🏟️ 6:05 PM
Parade of Teams
Followed by league recognitions, special presentations, and the ceremonial first pitch.

👏 6:20 PM
Players and coaches return to seating.

Gates open at 5:00pm

Pre-game Q&A and on field parade with your team before first pitch

First pitch at 6:35pm

Special $5 ticket pricing is available for WVBR players and their families. Be sure to grab your tickets using the QR code on the flyer and sit with your team section!

We’ll also have between inning promo game sign ups available at our info booth on the concourse after the parade ends.
We can’t wait to celebrate with all of our players, families, coaches, and volunteers. See you at the ballpark!

SUMMER BALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! ☀️ ⁣

Summer ball is on its way, and we would love to see your player on the field! ⁣
⁣
This is a less competitive season focused on getting more game reps and developing skills, making it a great opportunity for growth! ⁣
⁣
The cost is $75 for the season (uniform not included). Players will use their red practice jerseys from spring. We have a limited supply of extras. We also have Thurston hats available for purchase for $25 if you'd like one! ⁣

Games run: June 22nd – August 7th ⁣
⁣
Two divisions: ⁣
AAA Division | Ages 8–10 (Player Pitch, 60' field) ⁣
Majors Division | Ages 10–12 (Player Pitch, 70' field) ⁣
⁣
A few things to know: ⁣
• Summer ball is not intended for players already participating in All-Stars ⁣
• There is no summer ball option for Coach Pitch (Pitching machine) at this time ⁣
