Twenty-five years later, the memories of September 11, 2001, remain with us.

Today, we remember the lives that were lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the heroes who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We honor their lives. We remember their stories. And we will never forget.

This month, our team wore purple and teal for National Su***de Prevention Month.

Behind every person is a story we may know nothing about. A struggle we may not see. A moment when a little kindness, compassion, or simply knowing someone cares can make a difference.

Today and every day, we want our team members, families, friends, and community to know: You matter. You are valued. And you are never alone.

Continuous improvement is stronger when we work together!

Team members from American Products, EnSight, and Watson recently came together for a Kaizen event focused on finding ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a safer workplace.

A big thank you to Dr. Gary Lee, Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, Bob Theel, Continuous Improvement Technician, and everyone who contributed their ideas, teamwork, and hard work throughout the event!

Our team members had the opportunity to attend the Ladies Who Launch Conference with Biz 417, where this year’s theme, Courage Grows Here, served as a powerful reminder of what can happen when women are encouraged to step forward, grow, and lead.

As the event begins its next chapter under a new name, Pretty Brilliant, we’re excited to see the experience and community built through Ladies Who Launch continue to grow.

It was a great day of learning, connection, and celebrating the women who continue to make an impact in the workplace and beyond.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that encourage our team to connect, learn from others, and bring new ideas and inspiration back with them.
