Another big day for Watson yesterday.

We proudly shipped out 230,000 gallons worth of tanks :
2 × 40,000-gallon milk silos
5 × 30,000-gallon environmental tanks

7 large units in a single day—built, loaded, and on the move thanks to an outstanding team effort.

What a transformation.

As part of the Watson rebrand, our new interior and exterior signage is officially installed, and seeing everything come together has been incredibly exciting. The updated look brings a whole new energy to our space and really reflects the future of the Watson brand.

This Memorial Day, the AMPROD family pauses to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness have protected the freedoms we enjoy every day. We are grateful for those who served and for the families who carry their legacy forward.

Safety First at Amprod

This month, we’re proud to recognize our April Safety Innovator, an individual who exemplifies safe work practices and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. At Amprod, safety is more than a rule; it’s part of our culture. Each month, we recognize team members who make our workplaces safer and better for everyone.

👏 Congratulations to Josh Cooley, selected as the Safety Innovator for Watson, for setting the standard and inspiring others to do the same!

Green was definitely the color of the day, and Team AMPROD showed up strong.

In support of Mental Health Awareness Month, our team wore green to help spark conversations around mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Because at AMPROD, safety is more than the job site, it’s also about taking care of ourselves and each other.

We’re also proud to have several team members trained in Mental Health First Aid, helping create a workplace where support, awareness, and compassion are part of our culture every day.

Green symbolizes hope, strength, and support, and yesterday was a great reminder that no one has to face challenges alone.

Thank you to everyone who participated, wore green, and helped spread a message that matters. Let’s keep checking in, lifting each other up, and supporting one another, on and off the job.

Dillon has become a highly valued member of the Watson team, recognized for his skill, hard work, and positive attitude.

Dillon joined Watson because of the environment, leadership, and people, and he continues to thrive in that culture. One of the biggest reasons he has stayed is the strong sense of teamwork and how everyone looks out for one another.

He values respect and believes it’s something that goes both ways, helping teams succeed and work better together.

We’re truly grateful for Dillon’s dedication, craftsmanship, and positive presence on the team. He represents the kind of work ethic and character we value at Watson, and we’re proud to have him as part of our team.

Congratulations to Dr. Gary Lee, Director of Quality for AMPROD, and Luke James, Director of Business Development for EnSight, on the acceptance of their paper, “Model for Implementing Blockchain in the Supply Chain for Product Traceability in Support of Industry 4.0,” to the XI International Scientific Conference Industry 4.0 for 2026!

Their work highlights the growing role of AI, blockchain, and Industry 4.0 in manufacturing innovation. Dr. Lee will present the research this June in Varna, Bulgaria, connecting with international researchers and industry leaders shaping the future of manufacturing.
