While building ladders for the tank line, Christina (Iowa Supports) identified that the parts she had received were not within specification, stopped working, and notified the Quality department to determine the appropriate next steps. Her attention to detail and willingness to escalate the issue helped prevent potential problems with future ladder assemblies, as it was subsequently discovered that all of the parts in the batch were out of specification.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our coworker, Caleb Blair, on June 14, 2026.

Caleb joined Paul Mueller Company as a Craftsman in Dairy Farm Equipment at our Springfield location on February 1, 2021. He was a valued member of our team, and his contributions, dedication, and presence will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Caleb’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him during this difficult time.

On the last day of the month, nearing the end of the day, a carrier did not pick up a late PHE shipment as planned. Bobbie (Warehouse) promptly rescheduled the order for shipment and stayed after hours until it was picked up. Bobbie’s initiative ensured the shipment went out with limited delay and shows her commitment to Creating Quality for Life for our customers.
