This is a big one. We have a P12 coffee roaster coming from Probat next week! PROBAT is known around the globe for being one of the most amazing drum roasters money can buy. Engineered in Germany, assembled in Chicago, this thing is no joke and will take our roasting so many levels up. I’m beyond excited.

We’ve got a lot brewing...and not just coffee.

We’ve been busy cooking up new ideas, designing new gear, dreaming up weekly specials, roasting, fermenting, hanging with friends, and having fun!

Some of it you’ve already tasted. Some of it you’ve already seen. Some of it we’re keeping under wraps for just a little longer.

Come hang out, grab a coffee, stay for a bite, and see what we’ve been up to.

Soon, there might just be a way to make sure you never run out of Lovely coffee at home. Just saying.

I admire your commitment to our family’s growth and the care you put into building a life together that feels secure, loving, and rich with memories. Whether you’re roasting coffee, fixing all things cafe related, reminding me of all the good, solving problems, or simply showing up for us day after day, you do it all with heart.

You are an amazing father, a talented coffee roaster, a handy guy, and the keeper of so many of our life’s keys. Most importantly, you are the person our family can always count on.
