One of the most special sets I’ve gotten to create✨
A grandma reached out to me about cookies for her grandson, Evan, who is completely blind. She told me he loves lakes and rivers, and asked if I could create cookies that he could experience through touch.
So instead of focusing only on how these cookies looked, I focused on how they felt. I added textured trees, rocks, water, riverbanks, and lots of little details for him to explore with his hands.
This set was such a sweet reminder that cookies can be so much more than something pretty. Getting to create something specifically for Evan to experience made this order incredibly special to me 💙💚

I’m SO excited to officially introduce the Lehman Cookie Co. Monthly Cookie Cart Drop! 💚✨
I’m always getting messages asking, “Do you have any extras this week?” and now you’ll finally have a day dedicated to grabbing cookies without placing a custom order!
Once a month, the cookie cart will be stocked with a variety of treats — brown butter cookies, themed sugar cookies + more! And because I love a good theme, every month will be completely different with a new theme, menu & flavors.
Our very FIRST drop is officially happening…
