Dance Dynamics is host to an award winning competitive team & recreational prep team for girls 3 years to 12th grade.
Dance Dynamics is the 5 time World Champions at “The Dance Worlds” in competitive All Star dance! We offer a range of levels in our competitive program from ages 4-18 as well as a recreational program for ages 3 years old and up. Our excellent staff of instructors trains our dancers in ballet, turns/leaps, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, pom, and lyrical. Dance Dynamics is excited to offer the “Dance Team Enrichment” class for high school girl’s dancing on their school dance teams, for additional studio dance training.

Introducing THE TRAINING GROUND — a new open to the public training center located at 200 Pruitt Road, formerly the D2 location, opening August 2026.
Backed by 30 years of experience and mentorship through Dance Dynamics and built on a foundation of high level training and quality education, The Training Ground is designed to help dancers continue developing both technically and creatively, while connecting with the Houston dance community.
The Training Ground will offer classes, workshops, and industry focused experiences across a variety of styles and levels in a positive, hardworking environment and taught by industry profesionals in the collegiate, dance team, studio, pro, and commercial dance world.

We spent the weekend at the Tribe 99 Dance Combine getting to watch some our collegiate dancers represent their schools while our next round of college hopefuls pursued their recruitment goals!
