Over the moon excited for guy as they officially closed on this beauty! It was such a joy getting to walk alongside him and his dad through the exciting journey of rehabing a home and making it their own! It took some and patience to see it through; but we all got to the closing table with smiles on our faces!

What a cool story this closing turned out to be! 🏡✨
When Kimberly first called us, another lender had already told them they could not qualify for the home they were under contract to purchase. Thankfully, they reached out for a second opinion.
Because we work with multiple broker banks and lending options, we were able to find a solution that the other lender could not. Today, after a lot of hard work and determination, they officially closed on their new home! 🎉
