"Rates are going down, I will wait until they drop lower to refinance"

Rates are now at the highest point since early August. The FED rate reduction was in September. When someone that looks at interest rate markets daily says that you may benefit from a refinance, it is definitely worth taking a look at.

Rates are projected to drop to 6% for a 30 year fixed mortgage by the end of 2025. We are currently offering rates in this range now at a temporary discount.

If you have an interest rate over 7% it is time to look at the benefits of refinancing.

It may work for you or it may not, but without knowing the benefits you cant make the decision.
