What an incredible day of friendship, fun, and purpose!

The DFW chapter of Be An Angel is incredibly grateful to be part of the growing movement happening across the DFW area around disability awareness, accessibility, and inclusion.

The North Texas Disability Chamber continues to challenge all of us to stop and think more intentionally about the world we live in—and how we can make it more equal, inclusive, and accessible for everyone.

A big shoutout as well to Nick Marino Jr. from the Communities Foundation of Texas for his insights on partnerships and collaboration. One thing that really resonated was that great ideas alone are not enough. Real impact happens when conversations and collaboration are paired with action.

DFW is full of people and organizations doing exactly that—and we are honored to be part of it.

Please join us for this 3rd Annual Fundraiser event with host Chris Pipes and the Pipes Consulting Firm in Irving, Texas. The day will include food, music and lots of activities for families — all while raising funds for this year’s beneficiary: Be An Angel DFW.

A special shoutout to Shoulda 8 BBQ for offering $12 dirty rice bowls with brisket, with 50% of proceeds going back to BAA DFW.

Today was a great day for a game of golf!

Our S.U.C.C.E.S.S golf program had its grand finale event at the Insperity Invitational, featuring students from various school districts.

Students enjoyed a few holes of golf, lunch out on the driving range, and a motivational clinic with inspirational speaker, Dennis Walters.

We finished the day with awards.

Celebrating 40 years of Be An Angel!!

Our 2026 Wings of Hope Gala on April 17th was an unforgettable night of celebration, compassion, and community—raising critical funds to support children with special needs and their families. Special Thanks to Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, Dan Pastorini, and our incredible team, staff, and volunteers—past and present—whose dedication has helped Be An Angel grow and make a lasting impact over the past four decades.
