A tropical storm has formed and that means rain is coming over the next 2-3 days. The rainfall could be heavy in places.
The City will activate its emergency operations center at 6 a.m. Monday. Our fire, public works and police departments are prepared
to place barricades and stage assets in areas of the city.
Please be weather aware/alert and do not attempt to drive through flooded streets. The main thing is to pay attention to weather reports. Check on your family, friends and pets.
