When most people think about data center downtime, they picture power grid failures or fiber cuts.

The recent Namecheap outage reminds us of a stark reality: thermal management can take a business offline just as fast as a power outage.

Without active, continuous cooling, server intake temperatures can spike past critical thresholds in minutes, triggering automated shutdowns.

Cooling is mission-critical.

Power redundancy means little if chilled water loops, CRAH/CRAC units, or pumps lack independent failure paths.

Every valve, chiller, pump, and electrical feed must be serviceable without reducing total cooling capacity below peak requirement.

As compute densities rise, resilience isn't just about how much power you can deliver - it’s about how reliably you can remove the heat.

The interior fit out of HOU2 is moving along rapidly, and we are still on track for the Q4 opening.

If you look closely at the top, you can spot the signed beam from our topping out ceremony - a great reminder of how far this project has come in such short time

As you can see, the structure of our newest data hall is rapidly coming together.

We are on schedule for a Q4 opening. In just a few short months, this space will be housing critical infrastructure for our clients.
