Murph is more than a workout. It’s a chance to come together as a community and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country this Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
The purpose isn’t to prove how tough you are. The purpose is to show up, push yourself with intention, and remember why we do it.
Whether you complete the workout RX, scale the reps, modify movements, or partner up — you are still participating in something meaningful. Don’t sit it out because it feels intimidating. Murph is for everyone willing to challenge themselves and honor the sacrifice behind the workout.

Happy REVITALIZE ROAST day!!
We’ve gathered here today to celebrate what may be the most animated human that walks the face of the Earth.
Can she hide her feelings? Literally never.
Do we understand what these expressions and body contortions mean? Also usually no.
But do we love her with our whole hearts? The biggest, most resounding yes.
Kipping pull-ups aren’t about “cheating” a pull-up — they’re about efficiency, coordination, and learning how to move your body well under fatigue. 💪
In CrossFit, kipping allows athletes to conserve energy and perform higher-volume workouts safely and effectively when the movement is taught correctly. It helps develop timing, rhythm, shoulder strength, core engagement, and full-body body awareness.
