That spirit is what imadi is all about — empowering teens to take their passions, talents, and leadership beyond themselves and use them to build something meaningful for others.

We’re excited to launch our new Adaptive Basketball Clinic, with help from Alex and friends, and creating a space where children of all abilities can build confidence and experience the joy of movement and teamwork.

At imadi, we believe experiences should be more than just “fun things.” We strive to create programs that are thoughtful, impactful, and genuinely empowering — for both the children who participate and the teens who lead them. 🏀❤️

For families with a life-changing pediatric health diagnosis, the week of Passover is often quite challenging. Schools are closed, and the backyard camps organized by neighbors are not able to support children with complex medical conditions. It's an already high-pressure time made even more stressful with all of the children home. A holiday that is supposed to celebrate freedom feels like anything but that.

That's why we created the Pesach Freedom Festival.

For the entire week leading up to the holiday, imadi's incredibly compassionate teen volunteers hosted more than 300 children (with medical conditions, and their siblings too!) for daily adventures at Adventure Park USA, Main Event, and Port Discovery Children's Museum. With bus transportation provided from Baltimore and Kemp Mill, imadi ensured that parents had the daily respite they needed to focus on preparing for the holiday - and that our kids had a blast too.
