Join us on Saturday, June 20, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm for Return to Belonging: The Heart of Who We Are, an in-person and online daylong workshop with meditation teacher and author Caverly Morgan. Through meditation, journaling, mindful inquiry, walking meditation, and group discussion, we'll explore what it means to reconnect with our inherent sense of belonging and bring that understanding into our lives and communities.
In a world that often feels divided, it's easy to lose touch with our fundamental connectedness. This workshop invites us to remember that belonging is not something we earn, but something already present. Together, we'll explore contemplative practices that support both personal awakening and collective transformation.

We will be exploring Transcendental Dependent Origination (TDO) as an embodied, lived realization rather than a purely conceptual or metaphysical insight. Situated in the contemporary context of 2026 and beyond—marked by technological acceleration, collective trauma, identity fragmentation, and the commodification of spirituality—the course examines how misunderstood transcendence often becomes a form of spiritual bypassing. Participants will investigate how disembodied interpretations of non-duality, emptiness, or transcendence can reinforce dissociation, ethical disengagement, and unresolved psychological patterns. Through somatic inquiry, contemplative practice, and relational reflection, the training restores Transcendental Dependent Origination as a dynamic, ethical, and nervous-system–aware process—revealing how liberation emerges not by escaping conditions, but by fully embodying their interdependence in thought, body, action, and relationship.
