Happy 23rd work anniversary to Stacey Gibson, our incredible HR Director!! Stacey keeps the office feeling like family; not in a corporate-poster way, but in a "she actually cares about every single person here" way. While she works on big projects and tackles hurdles, it’s her day-to-day attitude, work ethic, and genuine care for others that make her such a stand-out. No matter the situation, Stacey will jump in, get her hands dirty, and is completely supportive of everyone around her. She’s a total doer who takes initiative, never complains, is quick to give someone a boost, and does all she can to ensure our clients and internal employees are happy and thriving. Humble, dependable, positive, and engaged don’t even scratch the surface. If you called her at 2am she would answer, and she even brings in homemade waffles and beignets to share with everyone! Stacey is a full-on superhero and we are lucky to have her. Happy , Stacey!! We all want to grow up and be just like you.

Happy 6th work anniversary to Justin Leaming, our awesome Director of Engineering! Justin always has so much going on yet does a great job managing his team to ensure projects are completed. He’s magical as a developer and a manager; he has an impressive ability to listen to discoveries, needs, and concerns, then collaborate with stake holders and apply fixes to keep things moving forward. When somebody has a question, he always makes himself available to help and is great at seeking to understand, but he’s not afraid to make you think outside your comfort zone. Justin is a valuable bridge between the software side of our business and the operations side, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without him. Thanks for all the forward progress, Justin! We’re so grateful to have you on the team!!

Happy 6th work anniversary to Christie Lovell, one of our amazing Stratus Account Managers! Christie treats her clients the way most people treat their kids: with a dedication where they're genuinely on your mind even when they probably shouldn't be. She stays current, shows up prepared, and is willing to have the hard conversations because she cares too much to let things slide. When she says she'll do something, you can take it off your list because it's getting done. Trusted, committed, dependable, kind, and engaged in a way that actually makes the people around her better. She's a genuine doer with initiative, humble enough to keep learning, and positive enough to make the whole thing look easy. Christie is also great at follow-up and is persistent enough to make sure things get taken care of, all while staying kind and positive. Happy , Christie! We’re so grateful for all you do for our clients and for your coworkers!!

A big welcome goes out to Ethan Wilson, the newest Software Engineer on our IT team! Ethan grew up as a massive nerd (his words!) of robotics camps, lego leagues, and VEX robotics tournaments. He eventually earned his bachelor’s of science in software and game development, worked for four years as a Software Engineer and, more recently, an adjunct professor prior coming to Stratus HR/SplashTrack. Ethan’s a sucker for French toast, loves Mtn Dew Voltage, enjoys building and painting Warhammer miniatures, and can prove that brownies are better than cake. Also, if you get a chance, ask him how he met his wife.
