Well, this should look familiar! We are so excited that TWO teams qualified to Nationals yet again. After our 3rd place finish last year, our eyes are on the championship. We’re excited to honor the Lord and excited to pursue a national championship in Mock Trial. Pray for these great students as they prepare!
Congratulations to the students and coaching staff on a job well done! Special congrats to all eight teams advancing to elimination rounds. Looking forward to next year already!
PHC hosted the Sentinel Showdown AMCA moot court regional this weekend. All five of our teams advanced to outrounds, and Isaac Bock/James Dunning earned the title of champion! Riley Anderson and Thomas Doan advanced to semis, and both teams secured bids to nationals. Congratulations and well done!

Congratulations to our Amber mock trial team (1014) on earning first place in the UGA Classic City Invitational, Oct. 23-24! And to our Gold team (1016), who took second place at the Colonial Classic hosted by William and Mary!

Three PHC teams have advanced to Octas: Ziemnick/Barnes, Shelton/Meintjes, and the Dunnings
Patrick Henry College has won 12 out of 15 undergraduate oral argument national championships and is ranked the #1 program in the American Moot Court Association. No other college in the history of the AMCA has won the national championship twice.
PHC’s Moot Court team also won the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition in 2016, competing against law students to take the champion title.
Moot Court is a simulation modeled after state and federal appellate court procedures and gives students the opportunity to experience what it is like to argue before the Supreme Court.
