Some of our students are currently in Washington, D.C. at the 50th annual March for Life! "This year, rather than marching to the steps of the Supreme Court, where we have for decades asked our highest Court’s Justices to undo the destructive decision that was Roe v. Wade, we will now march to a new front in our battle for life, the steps of the United States Capitol," says https://bit.ly/3iT1izd.

While we praise the Lord for the overturning of Roe v. Wade this past summer, there is still much work to be done! Pray for our students and those marching for life today!

Patrick Henry College’s forensics program is the best in the nation. Our teams compete at the highest levels in Moot Court, Civic Debate, and Mock Trial, and numerous championship banners and trophies demonstrate our heritage of excellence.

Three PHC alumni employed at The Classic Learning Test

Three PHC alumni and one current student are employed at The Classic Learning Test, an alternate standardized testing platform that emphasizes intellectual aptitude, grounded in the liberal arts tradition. The CLT tests intellectual aptitude and achievement while pulling from the classical canon, testing on the greatest, most enduring texts that have shaped Western Civilization.

“PHC played a huge role in my development as a Christian and young adult, and I see the fruit of that both in and outside of my work,” said current student Anne Marie Ault. “So many of my classes at PHC have taught me to communicate clearly and winsomely, regardless of subject matter, and that’s helped me at CLT, as it would in any work environment.”

PHC's Scott Bedrosian visited with 90-year-old Irene Portokalis during one of his recent trips to the Midwest. Irene is the daughter of native Greek missionaries who was born in Cairo and married in Turkey. She faithfully supports Patrick Henry College. Scott and Irene sang "Giving Thanks" together as she played the piano. She lives for our God and loves Patrick Henry College's mission. We're grateful for Irene and those like her across the nation.

From meeting for classes online to limited community activities, and working jobs, college students cannot easily find ways to connect with their classmates.

Patrick Henry College understands the importance of living in community. From the Resident Assistants to the faculty and staff, the college seeks to be a community that is Christ-centered. And it is just that.

The mayor of Purcellville, VA, recognizes PHC in a recent proclamation

The mayor of Purcellville, VA, recognizes PHC for excellence in the ACTA curriculum study.

"We are a small town of 10,000 people," begins Mayor Kwasi Fraser after inviting PHC President Jack Haye to come up to the podium to be recognized. "It is a privilege to have our own small town college—Patrick Henry College—within the Town of Purcellville. . . . They have been instrumental over the years of helping us. . . . They have done a great job in putting the Town of Purcellville on the map because of excellence; academically and also in their great management team."

Author and Patrick Henry College graduate (History, 2022), Elizabeth Borders is the recipient of the 2022 History award from Patrick Henry College. In this TV spot, Borders discusses the Chambers family and other pioneers of the Pikes Peak Region in the late 1800s.
