Post-workout toast..this gets the job done. 👇
• Good quality sourdough
• Avocado (with a little lemon juice & salt)
• Cottage cheese
• poached egg(s)
• Tomatoes or veggies of choice
• Salt & pepper

KICKASS: post-workout
Servings: 2 (1 crepe each)
Macros (per serving):
protein 12g | fat 7.5g | carbs 22g | calories 208
ingredients:
• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup 2% milk or water
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
optional add-ins / toppings:
• Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder
• blueberries
• bananas
• maple syrup or honey
instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Place the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes (this helps hydrate the oats and creates a smoother, more flexible crepe).
3. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little coconut oil.
4. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and spread evenly.
5. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Makes about 2 crepes.
6. Add in whatever you like, roll them up, and top with maple syrup or honey.
Serving size: 142g (1 crepe)
