A favorite place of mine to walk is the abandoned Mountain Division Rail Line in Brownfield. The line carried freight and passenger trains between Portland, Maine, and St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

This photo was taken by me two years ago. I still remember the walk that evening, the sounds of the birds and peepers (a tiny tree frog). It was a good evening.
