We're so excited to welcome Clover and Mira to the Academy family. Both Swole and Georgia made the decision that if you're going to get a puppy you can't find a much better option than a relative of Sue and Macey. These girls came from the same breeder and are actually half siblings to the boys! Of course you guys will be seeing them at the gym all the time. They are only 12 weeks old so we hope you guys will help as much with them as you did with the boys! Especially for Dan O'Connell since this is his first dog ever!!!

Advanced training will continue on Fridays at 5:30 for the month of March. The format will be the same as it was last month!

Womens On Ramp!!!!

We had an amazing day yesterday with all the women that showed up for the self-defense workshop. It's great to sort of plant the seed of what is possible but as we told everyone yesterday you cannot learn to defend yourself in two hours. One of the things we've decided to do to help more women get started in what can be an intimidating sport is to hold our first Women's On Ramp. In general we don't like to separate by gender but the reality is that women face some unique hurdles in getting started and it's our hope that this might help.
