Celebrating our CEO & Founder and her powerful presentation at the NFBPA EMERGE Winter Conference! 🧡🌟

Last week, Nicole delivered a compelling session on AI for Equity at the National Forum for Black Public Administrators’ EMERGE Winter Conference, bringing her vision for responsible, equitable AI implementation to public sector leaders.

Her message was clear: AI isn’t just a technology issue. It’s a governance issue.

Nicole shared a governance-first framework grounded in care, accountability, and equity, empowering mid-level public servants to shape how AI systems impact their communities. The response? Standing room only engagement and an invitation to present at next year’s annual conference.

We’re incredibly proud of Nicole’s leadership at the intersection of public service, equity, and emerging technology. Her work continues to demonstrate that responsible innovation starts with people, not tools.
Thank you to Leslie Goodlow and the NFBPA Oregon Chapter for creating space for this critical conversation.

This is the kind of impact we’re here for. 💪🏾✨
