Thanks to all who came out to support our fundaiser. Thanks to you all, we raised an additional $2500 to help our staff with lost wages due to the fire. There is still a long road ahead of GOL, as well as our neighbors who have all been affected by this. We hope to have positive news soon, and will update the community when we have any new information. Please also keep an eye out for our neighbor’s who are also suffering from this. 𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐓𝐎𝐏 | 𝙿𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚃𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚘𝚘 𝚂𝚑𝚘𝚙, Likely Ivy, and our friend John’s market are all in need of community support too, and we will continue to re-share their GFM’s on our IG Stories as well, so please help like, re-post, and share their fundraisers as well, as we all do our best to recover from this.

Here’s the link for the GFM to sate our staff for their lost wages that will be absent for the next few months. Thanks to our whole community, friends and famous who have all reached out asking how to help. We appreciate and love you all.

Followers & Friends:
By now, we presume many of you are aware, but for those that aren’t: this morning we received some of the worst news we could imagine. Our beloved GOL PDX caught fire late last night and suffered severe damage. The fire and smoke spread through a ceiling crawl space and caused damage to our neighboring businesses in the building as well.
The most important, positive takeaway from this is that nobody was hurt.
Our hearts go out to the owners, staff, and customers of the other businesses, and we feel awful for how this is affecting them as well. We are also severely at a loss for words on how this will affect our staff and customers.
YOU all are what made this little corner of Portland what it had come to be. Some of you have been coming here longer than us. Some of you found us this summer for the World Cup. We’ve all shared so many rides on the emotional rollercoaster of “The Beautiful Game” together here. The building may be damaged, but the community will stand.
