As many of you know, I’ve always been a huge supporter of the Rotary Club of Park Ridge and the incredible work they do right here in our community. ❤️
On Wednesday, October 14, the Park Ridge Rotary Charitable Foundation is taking over Harp & Fiddle for an evening of small-batch craft b**r, w**e and spirits from local breweries, w**eries and distilleries, plus plenty of delicious Harp & Fiddle appetizers!
Even better, it’s all in support of the Park Ridge Rotary Youth Scholarship Fund, helping create opportunities for local students.

Even if you don’t have kids, the school district should still be part of the conversation when you’re buying a home.
Here in Park Ridge, we’re incredibly fortunate when it comes to our schools, you really can’t go wrong. But no matter where you’re buying, it’s always smart to know exactly which schools a home feeds into before you make an offer.
Why? Because school districts and boundaries can play a role in buyer demand and resale value down the road. What may not matter to your lifestyle today could matter quite a bit to the person buying your home someday.
It’s one of those little details I always want my buyers to know before they fall in love with a house. Because a good real estate decision isn’t just about loving the home. It’s about knowing exactly what you’re buying.
