Had a lovely experience with who I believe owns the business Postmart Business Center at 244 S Randal Road, Elgin 60123
I started recording the video after he told me to go F myself.
Picking up a UHAUL trailer became a problem because my phone would not work with their online system to take photos of my driver's license for whatever reason. I had given the phone permission, however it simply wouldn't work. The "gentleman" there used his phone after I could not. After a rather trying time, we got to the point where the UHAUL trailer was attached to my truck and I was to take pictures of the trailer with my phone for damage issues through their online system. It would not work. I went back inside, and after waiting patiently for him to end his long phone call, this is how the person representing UHAUL acted. If this is the owner as I'm understanding it is, UHAUL needs to take away his rental business. If they don't and condone this behavior, I know I'll NEVER use any UHAUL anywhere, any place, any time. Watch for yourself....
While interest rates are considered high, they have been much higher in recent history. Nothing beats owning your residence!
