Faithful leaders point people toward God's victories, not their own. When you do this, something shifts. People stop looking at how impressive you are. They start recognizing that God is at work. They start praising Him. Confessing His greatness. Worshiping Him.
That's the goal. Not to build your reputation. To reveal His.
You can be the most charismatic person in the room and still lead people poorly. Godly leadership isn't about personality or influence. It's about your character and your devotion to Christ. That's what draws people to follow Him.
