✨ BEHIND THE SPLENDOR ✨

Did you know that we proudly feature local artists and authors right here at Southern Splendor? 💕 We love supporting the incredible talent in our own community, and today we’re taking you Behind the Splendor to introduce you to some of the amazing creatives you’ll find in our store!

🎨 Cara Leverette — Cara created a special painting exclusively for Southern Splendor featuring some of the iconic sights and murals of our area. She also creates beautiful coastal Carolina pieces and artwork on wood.

🧵 Lari Ann Spotts — Her beautifully embroidered blankets and keepsake pieces make such thoughtful gifts for babies, newlyweds, and loved ones.

🎨 Ianthia Hester — Ianthia creates beautiful watercolor artwork and hand-paints her own cards. Every piece of her artwork we carry is an original painting!

🦪 Sandy — Our oyster shell artist! She transforms oyster shells into beautiful, unique works of art that bring a little bit of coastal charm to your home.

📚 And we’re also proud to carry books by five local authors: Cindy Clark, Frances Gregg Johnson, Jean Baxley Schwiers, Barbara Berger, and Mandi Casey of Lowcountry Bella. Mandi's cookbook is also available here at Southern Splendor!

We love that shopping local can mean more than just shopping small—it can mean supporting the creativity, stories, and talents of the people in our own community. ❤️

Be sure to follow along as we take you Behind the Splendor and share more about the special products, vendors, and stories behind the things we carry.
