Our residents enjoyed a trip to the beautiful, historic McHenry Mansion in downtown Modesto! It was a great afternoon of learning and exploring, with a special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Nancy, for showing us around.

We love honoring the Veterans in our community! 🇺🇸 This month, we enjoyed a coffee and donut meet-up with residents from The Park at Modesto.

A big thank you to Vern Silva from The Park for the beautiful ship painting he donated to El Rio! ❤️💙

El Rio was recently featured in Greet Ripon magazine! 🐾❤️ The article, “Soft Hearts & Wagging Tails,” shares the story of therapy dogs Moses and Ellie and the special connection they make with people, including during a visit with our residents here at El Rio.

We loved seeing their visit and the joy they brought to our community highlighted in this month’s issue!

Our trip to Bristol Hospice’s Bingo Bonanza was a great time! 🤩

There were plenty of prizes, food vendors, and community spirit throughout the event. Our team also set up a lemonade stand for everyone to enjoy! 🍋

Our trip to the Stanislaus County Fair earlier this month was canceled due to the hot weather, so instead, we brought the carnival fun to El Rio! 🎡🍿

Everyone enjoyed carnival games, popcorn, nachos, and cranberry soda pops!

There were plenty of great cars to see at our recent car show with our sister community, The Park at Modesto! 🚗 Thank you to the Modesto Area Street Rod Association for bringing out their classic, antique, and custom cars for our residents and families to enjoy.

Throwback to our wonderful 4th of July celebration last wekend with lunch and great music by The Artifacts! 🇺🇸😊
