Last week, we celebrated our 12th Bow Tie Day in honor of one of our founders, Fran Ryan. Fran was passionate about our company, the industry, and his beloved collection of bow ties. In May, we celebrated Military Appreciation Month! To show our gratitude for the men and women currently serving our country, our teams assembled care packages with snacks, game and supplies to send oversees to deployed service members.

The first units at Rivette Tower in Austin, Texas are now available for move-in!

Rivette Tower features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with a special focus one-bedroom home office and townhome apartments. Fifteen percent of the 345 total residences are reserved for households earning up to 60% of the Austin area's median family income. Substantial completion of the project is set for this September.

As the developer, builder and designer of this 538,000-SF project, we're excited to help bring high quality and affordable housing options to the fast-growing Austin community.

Molly Ryan Carson has been promoted to Executive Vice President - Market Leader of the Southwest region, where she's responsible for leading our office, industrial, retail, multifamily and healthcare real estate developments teams.

Mary McGowne, now Vice President of Sales and Leasing, oversees property dispositions and leasing for our development properties across the Southwest.

Josh Tracy has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development, where he oversees local and national development opportunities, while leading the industrial development team in the Southwest.

Congratulations to Maureen Michalski and Dan Mueller on their recent promotions to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development!

Maureen leads our mixed-use team in our North region and is responsible for multifamily and specialty projects from site selection through development and asset stabilization. She’s also the executive-in-charge of the 122-acre Highland Bridge redevelopment in Saint Paul, Minn.

Dan specializes in industrial, life sciences and office development, while overseeing all aspects of the development process for projects across the Midwest. He has been instrumental in completing more than 9,000,000 square feet of projects with a development value of nearly $1 billion.

Mental Health Awareness Month might be coming to an end, but we know prioritizing our mental health doesn’t stop here. A special thank you to our Support Without Stigma employee resource group for hosting various events throughout the month and continuing to provide a safe place for our team members to talk about mental health and mental illness.

We believe that when we invest time, attention and resources to building our team members’ mental well-being, we are not only building a stronger Ryan, but shaping an organization that continuously delights our clients, vendors and the communities we build in.

Congratulations to everyone involved on the ribbon cutting of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul's new transitional housing community that will open this summer: De Paul Manor!

This community will provide 100 beds for homeless seniors, veterans and adults with disabilities, as well as an animal clinic for pets of those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

We're proud to play an important role in this project by providing our construction services!

For the IIDA Northland's annual fashion show, our interior design team (with some help from a few architects and civil engineers) created an elaborate runway outfit using only interior design materials to align with the show’s concept of “mirage.”

The result was incredible! 👏

To celebrate National Volunteer Week, we want to say thank you to all of our team members who give their time to make a positive impact in our communities. Last year, our team members spent over 9,000 hours volunteering for nearly 200 charities and we have thousands of hours already tracked so far this year. We couldn’t be more proud! ☘️

Leasing at the Oak House apartments in Leander, Texas has begun!

This gated community will be comprised of 10 buildings, featuring 347 high-quality residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom options.
