🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Office / Operations:
* Manage incoming maintenance requests
* Troubleshoot issues from tenant descriptions/photos
* Dispatch and schedule vendors
* Track jobs and follow up to completion
* Communicate with tenants, owners, and contractors
* Review invoices for accuracy
Field / On-Site (NO REPAIRS):
* Drive to properties for walkthroughs and inspections
* Verify quality of completed vendor work
* Check timelines and vendor performance
* Identify maintenance issues proactively
* Assist with move-out → rent-ready property turns (coordination only)
* Take photos and document property conditions

🚗 REQUIREMENTS
* Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
* Comfortable driving to multiple properties weekly
* Strong attention to detail when walking properties

🧬 MUST-HAVE SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* Fast and accurate typing (critical for this role)
* Comfortable using computers and systems all day
* Experience in maintenance, construction, or any skilled trade
* Ability to think through problems and diagnose issues
* Strong communication skills (phone + in-person)
