Today is the start of a new school year and we are so excited to welcome new and returning students back to the Merced Dual Language Academy 🦈 🎉

The end of the school year is here, but there was still plenty of fun and learning happening at Merced Dual Language Academy! 🎨

Students recently helped paint our school wall mural — take a look the next time you're on campus!

Why DLA? 🦈 The Merced Dual Language Academy uses a 50/50 model, where students learn in Spanish for half the day and in English for half the day, allowing them to build skill in both languages!

Today the Merced Dual Language Academy celebrated Multicultural Day! 🦈🎊

Students and families came together to enjoy class performances, student artwork, food and drinks that represented the cultures in our school community.

Join us for Family Fun Day on May 13!

The Merced Dual Language Academy is inviting families to an evening full of fun, activities and community connection where you can come learn more about our TK–5 grade dual language program.

Attention MDLA families — learn how to enroll your child in the Merced Dual Language Academy ASSETS Intersession Learning Program! 📚

The program operates on Saturdays and during school breaks, including Presidents' Week, spring break and summer vacation.

Students can enjoy educational activities that offer:
- Thematic units
- Health and wellness
- Visual and performing arts (VAPA),
- STEAM and educational trips!
