We’re here to support and empower soccer referees across New Hampshire, building skills, boosting confidence, and helping make the game safe, fair, and fun for all.
Stepping in early keeps the game enjoyable for everyone. Managing dissent protects you, your crew, and the match from yelling and over‑the‑line comments. Step In With Confidence this Fall — you set the tone.
🎥 PART 2: Step in With Confidence
When dissent happens, you have a choice.
Step back or step in.
Recognize dissent.
Take action.
Issue the yellow card when it’s earned.
Confidence is built before the whistle.
Arrive early.
Know the Laws.
Support your team.
The game needs strong referees.

She Belongs. ⚽️
Across New Hampshire, women and girls are making our game stronger—as players, referees, coaches, mentors, administrators, and leaders.
For every young female referee stepping onto the field for the first time, and every woman continuing to challenge herself at higher levels: there is a place for you in this game.
We’re proud to support the women helping grow and lead soccer throughout the Granite State.
In every role. At every level. In the game.
💚 Same Game. Stronger Together.
With the fall 2026 season in full swing, we would like to remind officials that you are empowered to take action when coach’s and player’s actions cross the line.
🎥 PART 1: Knowing the Line
Emotion is part of the game.
Dissent is not.
Do you know the difference between a quick emotional outburst and behavior that crosses the line?
Understanding that difference helps you protect your authority, manage the match, and serve the game with confidence.
You are empowered to take the right action.
