Meet the Heart & Sol, sunshine in a glass. ☀️🍍

Bartender Chloe Ackerman created this summer sipper as a way to close the loop on our fresh pineapple juice, using the leftover pulp for a tropical burst of flavor.

The pineapple is balanced with Rishi Four Seasons Oolong tea, chamomile, uva ursi, and our American and Navy Strength Gins. It is then clarified with coconut milk using the historical tradition of milk-clarified punches, keeping it tropical and entirely dairy-free.

Served carbonated with pineapple mint from our garden, the Heart & Sol was made for summer afternoons on the patio.

We're hosting a book swap on July 22nd (6-8PM) with tacos, cocktails, and a chance to refresh your bookshelf. Bring up to 10 books and take home the same number you bring.

We'll also be donating a portion of proceeds from our Rare Riff cocktail to Madison Reading Project during the event. Any books left at the end of the night will be donated to local Little Free Libraries, so they'll keep making their way around Madison.

Created by Nick Plamaan and named by our Assistant Bar Manager Courtney, this cocktail is a fresh take on the classic Blood & Sand. State Line Aquavit steps in for Scotch, while a house-made grapefruit-Szechuan cordial replaces the traditional orange juice, bringing bright citrus and a subtle kick of spice.

Bitter Queens Caribbean Bitters add depth, a touch of MSG solution rounds out the body, and fresh lemon verbena from our garden finishes each glass with an aromatic lift.

Briney The Elder is back. 🌿💛

Our mustard cocktail has officially returned for the month of July.

Crafted by Assistant Bar Manager Courtney, Briney The Elder combines State Line American Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth, pickled mustard seed brine, and Amaro Montenegro. Finished with a crisp chip and pickled mustard seeds, it's proof that mustard belongs in more places than your hot dog.

This limited-time cocktail is part of the Mustard Mosaic campaign, supporting the legendary National Mustard Museum.

Available July 1–31 only. Come raise a glass to the King of Condiments.

Brazilian dance music is back! Kulture Kitchen starts serving food at 6 PM, so come hungry and stay for the dancing.

Spend the afternoon browsing six local artists and makers featuring art prints, knitwear, jewelry, and more. Empanada Haus will be on-site serving food all afternoon.
