Status update 5.22.2026 at 10:00am - Customers on Longleaf, Greenstone and Bay Point may experience brown or "muddy" water as a result of the work that was performed in the area yesterday. MU is aware of the issue and has employees on site performing system flushing to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Notice of upcoming road closure:

Crews will be installing new water utilities in the Stoneway Trail area. The road will be closed at 129 Stoneway Trail, with no access beyond this address beginning Friday, May 15th at 8:00pm until the work is completed. We anticipate reopening the road by Saturday, May 16th at 7:00am. A temporary access road will be available for emergency situations only to homes located above the new installation during the closure period. Thank you for your patience as we work to complete the installation as quickly as possible.

Outage Status 5.4.2026 at 10:15am - Customers who live on Westscott Drive and Pine Ridge Road will have an interruption in service while we work to repair a damaged water main. Service will be restored by 2:00pm today.

Outage Status 4.29.2026 at 8:40am - Customers who live on Jay Drive, Donash Circle, Silverton Circle and Melinda Dr will have an interruption in service while we work to make repairs to a damaged water main. Service will be restored by 2:00 pm today.

Outage Status 4.27.2026 at 11:00am - Customers on Big Oak, Little Oak, Spencer Green and Brass Oak (east of Big Oak) will experience a water outage while we work to repair a broken water main. The outage is expected to last 4-5 hours.

Outage status 4.21.2026 at 3:40pm. Customers who live on Emerald Lane and Regent Ct will experience low pressure or no water while we work to repair a damaged water main. Services is expected to return to normal by 8:00pm this evening.

Outage Status 4.8.2026 at 8:00 a.m: There will be an interruption of water service while we work to repair a damaged water main. Customers who live between 5526 and 5596 Wall Triana and those on Quail Road will be affected. We expect to have service restored by 1:00 p.m.

Outage status 4.7.2026 at 9:40am: Customers on Springvale Circle and 136-205 Summerview Circle, and Winterhaven Trail, will experience a water outage while we work to repair a damaged water main. Water should be restored by 2:00pm.

Outage Status 3.12.2026 at 8:30 a.m. There is a water leak on Slaughter affecting the areas of Heatherwood, Canon, Mingo and Yancy. We anticipate having water restored by 10:30 a.m.

Outage Status: 9:35am 2.2.2026 Highlake Subdivision will have an interruption in water service due to an emergency leak repair. We expect water service to be restored by 11:00am.

Outage Status: 9:35am 2.2.2026: Manitoba Blvd will have an emergency interruption in service while we work to repair a leak. We expect water service to be restored by 11:00am.
