❤️ A Few Things to Know:
• This is not a second location! We have moved from our downtown bakery into our new restaurant building.
• The bakery is still very much a part of who we are. You’ll just have more room to enjoy it now!
• We are a family-owned business, and every bit of support you’ve shown us has helped make this possible.

After a long wait full of construction, planning, inspections, and more trips to Lowe’s than we can count, we’re finally getting close. We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome y’all in.

🍟 We have gone back and forth on what oil we wanted to use in our fryers.

It may seem like a small detail, but for us, it wasn’t.

After researching different options and comparing ingredients, we’ve decided to fry everything in rice bran oil.

Why rice bran oil?

✔️ Naturally gluten-free

✔️ High smoke point, which helps food fry up crisp and consistent

✔️ Clean, neutral flavor that lets the food taste like food instead of tasting like the oil

✔️ Contains vitamin E and natural antioxidants

✔️ No peanut oil, making it a great option for guests with peanut allergies

✔️ Less greasy finish than many traditional frying oils

For us, it came down to serving the best product possible while also being mindful of the ingredients we’re using.

As many of you know, celiac disease and gluten sensitivities affect a lot of families, including ours. While our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, we wanted to make choices that help us accommodate as many guests as we reasonably can.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes decisions most people never see, but we think it’s worth sharing. ❤️

One of the items we’re planning to offer is a Rattlesnake & Rabbit Bratwurst.
