Can you guess which cake took the longest to create? It was fun to create but what a process! Tell me your guesses on which cake it was and how long you think it took to do from start to finish. At times it takes a lot of thought and planning to make them happen and it’s always so rewarding to watch them come together. Granted they don’t always turn out like you picture in your mind but the process from beginning to end to very satisfying.

Welcome springtime! One of my favorite times of the year. It’s been a busy week or two and as per my usual I get in a hurry an forget to take pictures. That’s what happens when approach those golden years, ya know! Got a few challenging ones coming up this week so time to start preparing and planning the week. Enjoy the weather and longer days
