On Point Custom Homes is a nationally recognized homebuilder and remodeler building one-of-a-kind homes in Houston's inner city landscape. On Point specializes in modern design and builds in the Upper Kirby, Southampton, River Oaks, Briargrove, Hyde Park and Heights neighborhoods.
Every spring, someone on our team drives past a home we finished a few years back. We notice the landscaping has grown in, the lights are on, there’s a car in the driveway.
The house has become a home. Those may feel like small things, but we know that all together, they make up the whole thing.

This one was a long time in the making, and it was worth every detail.
The clients came to us with a clear vision: a home that felt warm and welcoming without losing that elevated, tailored quality. What you’re looking at is the result of months of thoughtful decisions, from the custom millwork to the way the kitchen flows into the main living space.
Every finish, every material, every sight line was a deliberate choice. That’s what custom really means.

Some people find their way into this industry. Forbes grew up in it.
As a native Houstonian, he was on job sites with his dad long before he thought of it as a career. After Texas Tech, he launched his own remodeling business across the Houston metro and built a reputation around quality work and clients who were genuinely happy with the result.
He brought all of that to the On Point team, and then kept building on it.
When he’s not on a job site, you’ll find Forbes out at his aunt and uncle’s ranch, hunting or just enjoying the kind of slow weekend that makes the busy weeks worth it.

Another big honor!
