Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a reminder that the freedom to build our businesses, serve our communities, and pursue the work in front of us, was paid for by people who never came home.

We honor that sacrifice, and we remember it with gratitude.

We’re excited to share that we recently acquired another parcel of land as we continue expanding our development pipeline.

Growth starts long before vertical construction. It starts with identifying the right opportunities, securing strong sites, and staying disciplined about where we place our time, capital, and long-term vision.

This latest acquisition is another step forward for our team and a reflection of how we are thinking about the future: intentionally, strategically, and with an eye toward what is possible next.

It is still early, but we’re looking forward to what this property can become.
