Dearest clients…. Just a few notes!
Early/First week of June, my husband and I will be closing on our new home and will be busy with renovations, during that time, I’ll be taking some time off focusing on that.. so please note; any appointment that you have, if you must reschedule will have to be pushed to the end of the month or possibly early July. (Any appointments currently scheduled will not be changed 🙃)
Secondly, as we prepare for July into August, we are entering into the new school year, please be sure to schedule your back to school color/haircut services in advance. I will accommodate everyone the best of my ability, I just ask for some flexibility (and some caffeine surprises 😂) during the back to school rush.

Updated “Candy” News! ☺️
First! I know some of you will be super happy about this.. 🥁🥁🥁🥁.
I will NOT be leaving High Ridge/Beautiful You as originally planned, I will be staying in my suite! However, I will also be parting my time with “The Hair Clinic” in Town and Country! Which means, there will be a shift in my schedule! 👀
In due time, my ultimate goal will be going down to working only 1 Saturday a month! This will allow me to have more family time, plus be able to embrace my days off with them AND take a much needed break as needed (and to stop working 6 days in a row 🫠)
Therefore, to set an appt with me, you may have to readjust YOUR schedule for a weekday/evening appt. as space will be limited for those weekend days!
However for now, my schedule will consist of:
Monday - OFF
Tuesday - The Hair Clinic 9-4:30
Wednesday - Beautiful You 1-8
Thursday- The Hair Clinic 9-2:30
Friday - Beautiful You 9-3
Saturday- Beautiful You 8am to ??
Sunday - OFF
Here’s the cool part! You can book with me at either location! Just please specify in your booking request which works better for you!
Secondly, I’ve held back on price increases for as long as I possibly can, but it’s come to the time where I just HAVE to do it. Products, chemicals, materials, taxes … ugh it’s all going UP! 😥 Chemical services and haircuts will have an increase anywhere from $5-$10(max) and sadly I’m taking away the discount rate for a haircut on a chemical service. I will have to charge the standard amount ($35) going forward. Doing this increase will not only help my business and profit levels, but will keep me from losing out on it and will help me continue to give you the top of the line products and the best one-on-one service!
As always, I value every single one of you (more than you know!) My clients are seriously the best and I am SO blessed to service each and every one of you! Thank you for sticking around with me and trusting me 💛

Recently a client reached out to me about her “blonde” turning yellow. It had been 4+ weeks since her appt with me. We went thru lots of detail about how “grey” and “blonde” is maintenance. I set her up with a quick “detox” to do at home to get her through to her next appointment.
Heres the thing, blonde or an “icy”, “natural”, grey tone isn’t a one time appointment and may never be! It’s something that’s created in the chair AND protected at home. ITS TEAM WORK.
Every wash, every heat style, every product you use either protects it… or slowly dulls it and sometimes it’s beyond our control; because thats what hair will naturally do to react.
Most people think they need more bleach.
A lot of the time they don’t.
Yes, They need the right toner.
Yes, The right maintenance.
And YES, the right guidance.
If you’re a hairdresser, share this to help your clients understand their hair better.
